1. Service description
Ghosty Publisher is an internal AI-assisted workflow used by Onyx to create, review, and upload original or properly licensed video content to company-operated or expressly authorized YouTube channels.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to operators authorized by Onyx and to channels that the operator owns or is expressly permitted to manage. Users must maintain the confidentiality of credentials and may not provide access to unauthorized persons.
3. YouTube terms and policies
Use of features that interact with YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Content responsibility
Authorized operators are responsible for confirming that uploaded content is original or properly licensed, accurate, appropriately disclosed, and compliant with applicable laws and YouTube policies. AI assistance does not remove the operator's responsibility to review content before publication.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users may not use Ghosty Publisher to:
- upload infringing, deceptive, unlawful, or policy-violating content;
- download, scrape, or republish third-party YouTube content without authorization;
- manipulate views, likes, comments, subscriptions, watch time, or other engagement;
- access channels or data without authorization;
- circumvent YouTube restrictions, security controls, quotas, or review processes;
- misrepresent Ghosty Publisher as a Google or YouTube product.
6. OAuth access
Operators authorize channel access through Google OAuth 2.0. Access can be revoked through the Google Account permissions page. Onyx does not request or store Google account passwords.
7. Availability and changes
Ghosty Publisher is provided as an internal tool and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Onyx does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every upload will be accepted, processed, monetized, or published by YouTube.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghosty Publisher is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Onyx is not responsible for platform decisions, content claims, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
Onyx may revoke access when an operator violates these terms, applicable law, or platform policies. Operators may stop using the service and revoke OAuth access at any time.
